Tichama Mobility
This is the fastest way and works for both passengers and drivers.
Deletion takes effect immediately. Your profile, phone-number sign-in, saved places, messages and location history are removed, and you are signed out on every device. There is no waiting period and no way to undo it; if you come back later you start with a new account.
The web versions offer the same control. Sign in at passenger.tichama.com or driver.tichama.com with your phone number, open Profile, and choose Delete Account.
You do not have to close your account to have data removed. In either app, open Profile, choose Delete some of my data, tick what should go, and confirm. Your account stays open.
The same screen shows the status of every request you have made. If you can no longer sign in, email the Data Protection Officer instead (section 5).
The app asks you to settle anything still in motion first, because deletion cannot be used to walk away from a trip in progress or money owed:
Drivers with a pending payout receive it before the account closes.
If you have lost access to your phone number or uninstalled the app, email our Data Protection Officer at isaac.arnold.mcsey@releevai.com with the subject Tichama account deletion request and the phone number the account was registered with. We confirm the request with a code sent to that number, or ask for another proof of identity if the number is no longer yours, and complete the deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation when it is done.
Ghanaian law obliges us to keep some records for a fixed period even after an account is deleted. Everything else goes immediately.
